Nikki HM Jackson Named UC Irvine Women's Opportunities Center's Corporate Laison
IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Director of UC Irvine Extension Women's Opportunities Center Barbara Barone named Nikki HM Jackson as the Center's new Corporate Liaison.
Jackson will take up her duties immediately. As Corporate Liaison Jackson will help the Women's Opportunities Center in soliciting companies for participation in the upcoming UCI Campus Job Fair October 15, 2008. The Job Fair will offer opportunities for Premier Orange County companies to find qualified candidates to meet their growing job vacancies.
Jackson also will help expand the Women's Opportunities Center's corporate partnerships and alliances. As a longstanding and strong advocate for women's issues, Jackson's addition further strengthens the Career/Life Planning Program at the Women's Opportunities Center in helping to make a difference in the lives of both women and men in utilizing the Center's services and resources.
